Terms governing in-app purchases made within PulseFall.
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase of digital goods within PulseFall (the "App"), published by LogicMantle ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase in the App, you agree to these Terms.
PulseFall currently offers one in-app purchase:
The Remove Ads purchase is a license to use a feature of the App. It does not transfer ownership of any software or content to you, and it does not entitle you to a refund of advertising revenue previously generated by your play.
All purchases are processed by the platform you downloaded the App from — either the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment information. The price you pay, the currency it is shown in, and any applicable taxes are determined and collected by the platform.
Your purchase is governed by the platform's terms in addition to these Terms:
Because the platform — not LogicMantle — processes your payment, all refund requests must be made through that platform. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Refund eligibility, time limits, and decisions are at the sole discretion of Apple or Google under their published policies. Statutory rights that apply in your country (for example, EU consumer withdrawal rights) are not affected by this section.
The Remove Ads purchase is tied to the Apple ID or Google account that bought it. If you reinstall the App, switch devices, or restore from backup, use the in-app Restore Purchases option (in Settings) while signed in to the same account to re-enable ad-free play at no additional charge. We do not maintain accounts on our servers and cannot transfer a purchase between Apple and Google accounts.
Prices are set by us and displayed in the App in your local currency through the platform store. We may change the price of, suspend, or discontinue any in-app purchase at any time. Prior purchases remain valid; we will not retroactively bill you or revoke access to a purchase you have already made and not refunded.
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your country, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. Parents and guardians are responsible for purchases made on a device under their control.
Removing ads disables the App's loading and display of Google AdMob interstitials during gameplay. Operating-system level notifications, store promotions, and any future non-interstitial communications from us or the platform are outside the scope of this purchase.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes do not retroactively affect purchases already completed under prior Terms.
